Often manufacturers’ bike bench tests are not adapted to the real use of e-bikes and scooters which results in in the field faillures or uncertainty about the vehicle’s expected lifetime.

By integrating multi directional sensors and strain gauges in the vehicle, we can measure precisly the real forces and vibrations depending during different use cases.

After collecting the gathered data from the sensors, we translate this data into meaningful insights by using our algorythms.

The final step consist of aligning the current test protocols towards the real use of the bike. Often this requires some modifications of the bike or scooter test bench.

Another possibility is to use the captured data as an input for the FEM analysis for new designs.

Aditionally to the strain gauges and sensor, we can use optical methods to detect invisble material faillures. This can help during the root cause investigation the bike faillure.
